Terms of Service

1. The service

NurtureOS lets you connect mailboxes, build email sequences, and run outreach campaigns to contacts you manage. We may update or change features over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to use any mailbox you connect.

3. Acceptable use & anti-spam

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and similar). You must:

• only email recipients you have a lawful basis to contact, and honor unsubscribe requests promptly;
• not send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or malicious content;
• not attempt to bypass sending limits, deliverability controls, or security measures.

You are solely responsible for your message content and contact lists.

4. Plans, billing & taxes

Paid plans are billed monthly in INR via Razorpay or USD via Stripe, as shown at checkout. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the contacts, sequences, and content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the service for you.

6. Termination & disclaimers

You may stop using the service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service or other users. The service is provided “as is” without warranties; we do not guarantee specific deliverability, open, or reply rates.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NurtureOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes & contact
