Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email, and authentication details (including Google profile data if you sign in with Google).
• Workspace content: the contacts, sequences, campaigns, and mailbox connections you create or upload.
• Connected mailbox data: accessed only to send your campaigns and read replies for inbox and deliverability features; credentials are encrypted at rest.
• Usage & billing data: logs, device/browser info, and payment metadata processed by our payment partners (Razorpay, Stripe). We never store full card numbers.

2. How we use information

To provide and maintain the service, send the campaigns you configure, secure accounts, process payments, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Google user data

If you sign in with Google or connect a Google mailbox, our use of data from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only the scopes needed to authenticate you and operate connected mailboxes.

4. Payment processors

Payments are handled by Razorpay (INR) and Stripe (USD). Your card details are entered on their secure, PCI-DSS-compliant systems, not ours. We receive only transaction status and metadata needed to manage your subscription.

5. Sharing & subprocessors

We share data only with providers that help run the service (cloud hosting, email delivery, payments, error monitoring), under agreements that require them to protect it. We may disclose information when required by law.

6. Data retention & security

We retain data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period unless longer retention is legally required. We use encryption of sensitive credentials, access controls, and workspace isolation. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data and withdraw consent. Contact us at support@auto4u.in to exercise these rights.
